If there is one thing in this world that I absolutely love, under any circumstances,  is snow. There is something about seeing houses, trees, roads and quite literally anything covered in powdered sugar looking snow. The crips air, the children (and not so children) making snowmen and the softens and crunchiness of every step you take. It is the literal description of my perfect day.

Being born in Spain and living in London, I don't really get to see snow very often (which is probably a contributing factor to why I love it so much). So whenever I get the chance, I wrap up in my warmest clothes and run out the door camera in hand, ready to document that historic moment.

Last Sunday I was pleasantly awaken at 7:30AM by the sound of what I thought was rain... until I looked out the window, and saw the white flakes flying around the sky. I was so happy and excited I was not able to go back to sleep. As the hours passed by it kept snowing more and more, and soon the roads and the roofs started to look a bit white and then they were completely covered. Everything was white.

Naturally, I braced the cold and wandered around my neighbourhood before most people had the change to leave their homes and ruin the perfectly white and soft snow.
