I'm a bit of a skincare junkie - I love trying out new products and find what works for me and what doesn't. Lately, however, I've not really been paying attention to my skin but with the quickly approaching winter this is something that needs to change now.

Something that always makes me follow my skincare routine is getting new products and trying new brands. Something that my bank account is not happy with... but let's not talk about this.

There are a few brands that have recently caught my eye, and that I am dying to try. Some of their products do actually sound miraculous so I guess I'll have to try them out to see whether it's true or not. That's a legit reason, right?

Anyway, these are some brands I really want to get my hands on!

Who hasn't heard of this brand at least a few times in the past few months? Glossier is slowly taking over the world and I'm more than happy to let it take over my skin. They recently started shipping to the UK (freaking finally) so I'm so incredibly excited to place my first order. I'm still deciding what I want to get (as the entire website is apparently not an option).

Their lip products look so dreamy and I've heard wonderful reviews so might have to get a few for myself, and don't even get me started on their Cloud Paint. The Milky Jelly Cleanser sounds like the perfect product for everything. You know, that one product you rely on daily to do pretty much everything - from washing your face first thing in the morning to  dissolving away your make up after a long day

I've been meaning to try this brand for a few years but I never get around to do it. I specially want to get their face masks, which sound so nourishing. They also have so many different kinds, regardless of what I need it for I'm sure they have one for that exact situation.

Their Overnight Mask to Quench Skin's Thirst sounds absolutely ideal for the upcoming cold months. My skin usually get super dry and there's no amount of face moisturiser that makes if feel nourished and nice again. I usually rely on L'Oreal's Glow Clay Mask to moisturise it but I feel like this one would just do wonders!

Who remembers when everyone on YouTube was obsessed with the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Night Pads? The good old days.

To be honest, I don't really know much about the brand or their products - other than that I really really really want to try their Glycolic Fix Liquid Glow. It's meant to be really good to deal with pores and dull-looking skin. It's a chemical exfoliator rather than a physical one which hopefully would be less irritating and harsh on my skin.

They also have some contour palettes that look pretty damn good. Christmas present anyone?

Mario Badescu

I only discovered Mario Badescu very recently through Olivia Jade on YouTube but it sounds like such a good inexpensive brand. I've not seen it around much here in the UK, but I know they sell some of their products at Urban Outfitters.

The one that really stands out to me is the famous drying lotion, which sounds like a life-saviour. The amount of times that I've gotten a massive spot the day before a big event or a holiday are countless, a drying lotion like this would have honestly saved me (and my Instagram).
