Hello everyone! The other day I went to Harrods and, after drooling over all the Givenchy and CĂ©line handbags I can't afford,  I headed to the beauty and make up section where my bank account allows me to buy some things without doing much damage. One of my favourite make up brands is MAC and I had been wanting to get a new nude lipstick since Christmas but every time I walked into a MAC store I couldn't decide which shade to get. This time, as I was trying to make up my mind I thought I could maybe get a lip liner instead. I had never used one before but since everyone seemed to be obsessed with nude lip liners I decided to get one. Also, Kylie Jenner uses them so I had to get one.
MAC lip liners retail at £12.50 so they are cheaper than lipsticks. I went with the shade Boldly Bare. I am going to be honest and say I am obsessed with it and have been using it every single day since I got it, literally. Even when I am staying at home and have no make up on, I'll put it on. I love it that much. The shade is lovely and the perfect nude colour for me. If you are looking for the 'Kylie Jenner lips' then you should try this lip liner. The formula is amazing as well, lip liners can be quite drying but this one is actually okay. Obviously, it is not moisturising at all but it doesn't make my lips feel too dry. However, I would recommend using a lip balm after if your lips tend to be dry as  any patches of dry skin will be quite noticeable.
It lasts on my lips for a few hours which I think is alright even though, as I've said before, I haven't really used any other lip liner so I am not too sure on their average lasting power. Overall I would really recommend MAC lip liners if you are looking for a good one and don't mind paying a little bit more!
Do you usually use lip liner?

From the smell of fresh cut grass and sunscreen to the taste of a fruity popsicle, summer has its own unique atmosphere. Embrace this in your house or apartment by mixing your everyday neutrals with bright, seasonal accessories.

Cute Kitchen Herb Garden

Nothing helps you celebrate the sunniest season like bringing a bit of the outdoors into your home. Herbs can brighten up a room and make it smell as fresh as a flower garden. But more importantly, they can spice up your summer meals. Get creative with what you use as containers--you can repurpose tea tins, coffee mugs, mason jars, or even just a bright set of bowls. If you don’t have much space in your kitchen, create a hanging herb garden or build shelves to hold your planters.

Artsy Accent Pillows

You might not want to buy a new area rug or armchair for every season. But if your living room or den features a lot of neutral shades with colorful accessories, consider changing out the smaller pieces seasonally. Accent pillows are a great place to start--they are affordable and easy to change out, and bright pillows can really impact the theme of the room.

Colorful Rugs

A brightly patterned, lightweight rug can be a charming summer accessory or a bold statement piece in a neutral room. Go with bright geometric patterns, earthy colors, or floral patterns to really emphasize the summer motif.

Pretty Place Settings

Nothing says summer like a cookout! And nothing says summer cookout like fun table decorations. Vibrant place settings give every party or intimate family dinner that extra touch of “wow.”

Breezy Bath Accessories

Bathrooms are one of the easiest places to bring summer decor into the mix, since they are smaller than the other rooms and usually pretty simple. Add a few flowers, change out the soap dispenser, or buy new decorative towels. All it takes are a few coordinating pieces to change this whole room.
