Hello everyone!! Procrastination is a big part of finals, if you don't procrastinate at all you are doing it wrong. That being said, at the very top of my 'how to procrastinate' list, we find Tumblr. I spend way too much time scrolling down my dashboard and wishing I had all the clothes I see. If you ever want serious outfit envy, Tumblr is the place to go. In order to somehow alleviate my envy I decided to share with you some of my favourite outfits, which will definitely inspire my summer ootds in a few months. Enjoy!

I think it's quite obvious that I really am into this whole whit and lace trend, aka festival style clothes.  However, I think I will wait until I am a bit more tan to start wearing white clothes, I don't want to look like Casper!

What's your favourite thing to wear in summer?

Ever been asked the typical question 'if you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?'. Obviously, that is a very hypothetical question as in order to travel wherever you want you need two things: money and time.  If you are lucky enough to have both,  you're probably envied by quite  a lot of people. However, for the rest of us -who can only travel every now and then- there is this wondeful thing called 'wishlist'. This is where I would go if I could go anywhere in the world.
USA. This is such a typical one, but I've never been to USA and after watching so so so many films based in that country I feel like I deserve a visit. I would love to go to New York, Chicago, L.A and the Grand Canyon.
NORWAY. I have something for the north of Europe in general, probably because I am from the south and you know what they say, we all want what we don't have. I've been wanting to go to Norway for a while but can't find anyone who wants to go/ can't find an excuse to go there.
JAPAN. I feel like Japan is literally another world. I don't tend to go out of Europe when I travel so, even though every country is different and has its own culture, every city is a kind of similar so going to a new european country is not as shocking as if I were to go to Japan where the culture is completely different to what I am used to.
MAURITIUS. I am no big fan of the beach, I live surrounded by beaches and I  am kind of sick of them. Nevertheless, I would love to go to Mauritius, that place looks like paradise and heaven combined, no joke. Google it, you'll be speechless. It's the most beautiful place I have ever seen.

Hello! Any student has two things in mind after spring break is over: 'omg summer is coming' and 'omg finals are coming'. Even though we are clearly more excited about the former than the latter, finals come before summer and we better work hard to pass them all in order to enjoy the summer holidays.
As we grow up and leave primary school for high school and then go to university we learn how we learn best, maybe we are very good at memorising or maybe we have a great photographic memory or maybe we need to have colourful notes to motivate us. When I was in high school, all I did was read my notes a few times and that was enough. However, now that I am at uni, that is nowhere near enough and I have been using different techniques to learn all the material.  Here are some of the things I like to do.

I started using revision cards to study organic chemistry last year and I don't know why I didn't start using them earlier. They are not only a good way to summarise everything and bring it with you wherever you are going so that you can read them literally anywhere, but they are also fun. I love using highlighters and coloured pens to make them colourful and pretty, it really helps me to bring myself to study them. Also, because revision cards are small you have to summarise the content and in order to do so you have to read the material and kind of understand it so it helps you to get a good overview of whatever you are revising. If pen and paper is too old-fashioned for you I also use the app Quizlet, which is really good to study vocab.
Sometimes I like to write another set of notes after revising a course. I usually do that when I feel like I am mixing concepts and know things but don't really know how to relate them to everything else, basically when I feel like nothing is clear in my head. What I do is go through my notes again and write down the most important bits in a very short and concise way, using bullet points and numbering. After finishing going through my notes I read what I've written on One Note and it normally makes everything fall into place and I remember things much better.
Whenever I am given proper notes instead of PowerPoint slides by the lecturer I don't write my own notes and use what I am given to revise. These notes are normally pretty boring to the eye and denser than a PowerPoint with images so something that helps me go through that sea of black Arial size 11-12 letters is highlighting. I have every single colour possible and cannot revise without using them. I normally try to colour code everything but that usually fails and I start paying more attention to how pretty the page looks - as in if there's too much yellow or not enough pink - than what the learning outcomes are and what bits are important. I tried, I guess.
What do you do to revise?

Hello! If you are anything like me you are probably getting excited about summer, going to the beach and spending most of your time either being a vampire and watching TV shows or going out and absorbing some Vitamin C from the sun. Everyone (well, most people) loves going to the pool/beach when it's hot outside and chilling with their friends but in order to do so safely we need to use suncream.
I am going to be honest and say I am not the biggest fan of creams in general but I specially detest suncreams, the combination of cream and sand is far from ideal. I cannot remember the last time I used suncream which is bad, really bad... it was probably when I was a kid. I don't tend to get sunburnt so I never got used to using any kind of protection but I think it's about time I stop trying to kill myself. So, how do you choose the best suncream?
As most of you probably know, suncreams protect you from the sun's UV rays. At first, it was thought that only one type of UV rays were harming- UVB- and that only those were cancer-causing. However, it has been recently proved that UVA rays are also harmful and even though they don't cause skin burn they do increase the risk of skin cancer and cause wrinkles.
SPF refers to the UVB blockage, that is, how long it will take you to get sunburnt. If you normally get burnt in 20min then a suncream with SPF 15 would increase that by a factor of 15, i.e. you would get sunburnt in 300min. Increasing SPF doesn't block the UVB rays any better, it just increases the time.
UVA protection is a bit more tricky as there is no rate, instead you will have to look at the ingredients.
You want it to have at least one of the following: capsule, avobenzone, oxybenzone, titanium dioxide, sulisobenzone or zinc oxide.
Now the fun part is choosing the suncream you want -smell, texture, brand... As long as it has the appropriate SPF and UVA protection you should be fine!
Do you usually use suncream?

Let's face it, Coachella is as much of a music festival as a fashion show, meaning that if you want some real outfit envy all you have to do is search #coachella on any social media app. Every year there are a few trends that can be considered 'Coachella trends' as chances are no-one is going to include them in their every day style and you will only see them in festivals and similar events. Last year it was all about face jewels - Vanessa Hudgens' were goals. This year we saw countless bralettes worn as tops,  face bandannas (even though that was for health issues too) and metallic tattoos. Check it out.

Hello everyone! I don't think I am wrong if I say most people are sick of wearing jumpers and winter clothes by now. We are all dying to go shopping and buy some clothes that are more appropriate for spring.
Before going shopping I like to go onto Tumblr, WeHeartIt or just and online shopping web and try to look at what's in stores and what my favourite celebrities are wearing so that I kinda know what I am looking for when I'm out shopping, otherwise it would literally take my days to get a whole outfit. I put a few outfits together with some pieces that I absolutely love so that some of you can hopefully  get a bit of inspiration for spring fashion!

Hello! If you follow me on Twitter and/or Instagram you  probably know I got home around two weeks ago. I have spent most of my time revising and hanging out with friends but a few days ago I decided to get out of my house and go hiking. We went somewhere near Sóller - sorry I can't be more precise, I don't really know where I went exactly.
Before starting the hike we stopped by a viewing point and took some artsy pictures you can find below. The hike itself wasn't too bad, we walked for about 3 hours but stopped a lot to take pictures, as you will be able to see below.
