HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYBODY!! I was tagged by the lovely Kyla Delilah (check out her blog here, I'm sure you'll love it!!) to do the Halloween Tag. Right now it's 10pm on the 31st of October so I would say I'm quite last minute but better late than never!

1.What are your favourite Halloween movies?
To be honest, I haven't seen many but I love the Halloweentown movies as they are Halloween-themed but they are not scary at all so they are perfect for me because even Harry Potter scares me so I can't watch scary movies.

2. 1-10, how much do you love Halloween?
Maybe around 6-7? I do like Halloween as I have an excuse to eat candy and I like seeing all the decorations in the stores and around the city but I've never celebrated it properly so I feel I don' really know whether I like it that much or not.

3.What is your fondest Halloween memory?
As I said before I've never celebrated Halloween but I remember two or three years ago One Direction went to El Hormiguero (a Spanish talk show) on the 31st and some kids came to my house to ask for candy and I got so annoyed because I was fangirling and they interrupted me. It was very rude. Plus I wanted all the candy for me.

4. Have you always been a Halloween lover?
Nope. I didn't care about Halloween at all until a few years ago.

5.Favourite Halloween decorations?
Pumpkins definitely. I love pumpkins, I think we should use them as a decoration all year around, they look so cosy and pretty. I really like white pumpkins as well, they look very girly though so I guess it's more very Halloween-y.

6.How do you get in the Halloween spirit?
Literally all I do is eat candy and watch movies. I also tried the pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks last year but I hated it.

7.Favourite Halloween/Fall sent?
I love how it smell after it's rained. I wish there was a candle or a body spray that smelt like that.

8.Favourite Sweet?
Well, taking into account that last week I bought a huge bag of Maoams and they are all already gone I think I would have to go with Maoams.

9.Vampire, Zombies or Werewolves?
Not a fan of any of them but if I had to choose one I would choose werewolves as they are not as creepy as vampires or zombies.

10.What is your weird/odd fear?
I think my fears are pretty average: snakes, spiders, any kind of weird insect...

11. Do  you believe in ghosts?
Nope... and now is when one appears in my bedroom and scares the crap out of me.

12. Least favourite costume?
Cat or Catwoman. Like common, really? It's Halloween, at least dress up as something slightly scary or just something that is not a cat actually. Be a bit original.

13. Do you decorate your house?
I decorate my room but not my flat as I cannot be bothered.

And that's all! Again, thank you Kyla for tagging me! I'm not tagging anyone as this is a Halloween tag and Halloween will basically be over in less than 3 hours but I hope you all have fun tonight, whether you're going out with your friends or staying at home watching movies!

Hello people! A while ago I said I would soon do another haul as I was expecting to go shopping once I went back to London but turns out this year my schedule is so busy I barely have any free time so I have not been properly shopping yet. However, I've been buying some stuff at Boots recently so I thought I would do a little haul to kind of keep my word.

Let's start with the boring stuff. First we have two toothpastes, the only reason why I bough two was because it was 2 for £5 and each ones was like £3 so I though I would buy too as you always need toothpaste. I've never tried these before but they are meant to whiten your teeth... not sure if they'll work at all though.
Next, let me introduce to my favourite nose strips. These are the best nose strips I've ever tried and they are fairly cheap. I use them once a week and I can really see the difference.
I also bought what I think is one of the best felt tip eyeliners (Extreme 24h felt tip liner by Collection). It's only £2.99 and it lasts forever. I bought one literally a year ago and it still works but it has started to dry out so I thought I would get a new one. I've tried other eyeliners like the Masterprecise by Maybelline and after a few months it was completely dry so I'm not spending £7 on it again.
I also got this Garnier eye make up remover as the mascara I am currently using is so hard to remove with my regular cleansing foam. This claims to remove even waterproof mascara so I hope it really works.
Last but not least I got the Nivea Lip Butter in Vanilla & Macadamia. I've heard many people rave about this so after trying many lip balms that did nothing to my lips I decided to try this one out. I don't know if it will work or not but at least it smells nice!

What is your most recent purchase?

Hey there! So I kind of forgot I started doing this ‘style crush’ posts regularly until I magically remembered again a  few days ago. Surprisingly, none of my previous style crushes posts were about Kylie Jenner and I honestly don’t know why because her style is always so on point. I can’t believe she’s actually younger than me. Even though I ADORE her style and outfit choices, I think that her brat attitude is what put me off but we can always overlook that and just concentrate on her amazing clothes.

Who's your style crush at the moment?

Hello people! So, today I have another beauty review for you all today. It’s something that was featured in my ‘what’s in my school bag’ post. It’s L’Occitane’s Delightful Rose Hand Cream. I never used hand cream until I came to London, when my hands suddenly became all dry and would start to peel off very easily.

I got this hand cream when I bought a magazine a few weeks ago (I think it was the november issue of Maire Claire so it might still be on sale if you are interested). I’m sure if you go to L’Occitane you can buy the same hand cream too but if I’m not mistaken it’s around £8 per tube whilst the magazine is only £4 so… you do the maths.

First of all, let me briefly mention how cute the packaging is… okay, I sweat I’m not gonna say anything else about the pretty packaging. The cream itself is very thick which is good because I feel like all the hand creams that ever work have a thick consistency. I have really noticed a change, my hands are not dry anymore and they don’t peel off. Instead, they feel smooth and moisturised.

The skin absorbs it very quickly and easily making it perfect to apply when you are on the go or doing things as your hands don’t fell wet or sticky afterwards. Also, it has a very nice and subtle smell of roses which I swear makes me smile and instantly happy.

I really like this hand cream which is weird because I hand most creams… so I really really like this one.

Do you use hand cream in the winter?

Hello everybody! Last Monday I started my second year of university and since it’s only the first week, my backpack is somewhat organised and it’s not full of random shit. Hence, I decided it was the perfect time to do a what’s in my backpack post for you all nosey people. Here you go!
My backpack is from Forever 21 and  you’ve probably seen it before and it’s been featured in a few other posts recently. It’s the perfect size to fit all my stuff but it doesn’t look too big.

I’m gonna start with everything that is school related. First of all we have a plastic bag where I keep some sheets of paper that I use in tutorials and another plastic bag where I keep all the notes I was given that day in lectures. Then I have my huge lab book that I hate because it is way too heavy but at least I only have to carry it every other week. Next, I have my planner - that I bought at my university’s shop - that is basically my life, it’s the reason why I get everything done in time. Finally, I have a pencil case -from Harrods- and my lab goggles case -from Women’s Secret.

Now into non-school related things (aka fun stuff). The main thing I carry with me is my waller -from Urban Outfitters- where I keep my money and my cards. I also bring lunch with me to uni but it now gone so sorry, there is no picture of my yummy sandwich. I don’t really carry make up with me as I can’t be bothered to touch up during the day but I do keep a lip balm - Baby Lips - and some hand cream - by L’Occitane- that smells soo nice. Of course my earphones are always with me as well.

If have a few free hours in-between lectures I’ll also bring my laptop and my phone charger because, you know, phones’ batteries are the worst.

And this is allI keep in my backpack on a regular basis. I know everything is pretty mainstream but what can I say, I’m not that interesting.

What’s the weirdest thing you keep in your backpack?

Hello guys! I’ve never been one to be obsessed with perfumes or body mists, in fact I rarely used to use them. But that was until I found Hollister’s body mists. I’ve always liked the California vibe that Hollister has but because I’m a student on a budget, I didn’t go shopping there often. Anyway, the other day I went to Westfield to see The Maze Runner but before that I decided that checking some stores wouldn’t hurt me so I went to Hollister. As per usual I couldn’t really afford most clothes but I checked the body mists and perfumes section and fell in love.

I literally sniffed every single body mist they had and couldn’t decide which one I liked the most as they all smelt like heaven, I was very close give up and buy one of each. However, I eventually went for ‘Crescent Bay’ and I don’t regret my choice at all.

Let’s start with the packaging, I am sucker for cute and pretty packaging and I must say I quite like this one. It’s simple but sleek and I love pink so the fact that basically everything is pink kind of helps.

Now into the important stuff, the product itself. As you all may know by now, I’m not really good at describing smells but nonetheless I’ll try my best. I would say it is a very girly scent (and one of my flatmates agrees with me so I guess I’m not wrong) and it reminds me of sweets or lollipops. However, it is not a super sweet scent like, let’s say, vanilla; it is just sweet enough. It is also a fresh flowery scent so as you can see I have no idea what it smells like. I’ll just stick to ‘a sweet and fresh scent’. I swear I tried, I even read the ingredients to see if I could figure out what it was supposed to smell like but the only thing I found was a compound named ‘ethylhexylmethoxycinnamate’ which might mean it might smell like cinnamon? I don’t know.  (why don’t they teach me that in lectures? I would really pay attention).

All in all, I would recommend this product, price wise it is not too bad at £11 and you get a 250ml bottle that will last for quite a long time. They also have plenty of lovely smells to choose from so I’m sure you’ll fine one you like.

Have you ever tried Hollister Body Mists? Do you like them?

P.S. I swear this is not a sponsored post, I just really like that product.

P.S.S. I still have no wifi so I am also uploading this post from my phone so the pictures might not be centred and stuff because the blogger app is shit.

Hello people! We all have our obsessions, whether they last a few hours, days or maybe years. Today I’m gonna share with you guys some things I’ve been obsessing over lately, hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

The main thing I’ve been thinking of 24/7 is Castle. I started watching Castle a few months ago on a hot boring summer day and I basically watched 6 seasons in a month, pretty impressive if you ask me.

Another thing I’ve been loving is pizza. Now, I’ve always loved pizza (who doesn’t?) but recently it’s been brought to a whole new lever. All I have in my freezer is pizza, pizza and more pizza. Oh well!

Next thing is a very very good looking guy named Theo James, the reason of my obsessions is a recent interview to Kate Winslet I read on Marie Claire in which she mentioned Theo and I just remember how hot he is… You go, Theo!

Something else  I’ve been paying way too much attention to is make up in pretty packaging. I’ve always been a sucker for cute packaging to the point I’ve bought some things purely because they looked cute *cough* Baby Lips *cough* but lately it’s been too much, I really need to stop.

Lastly, as you all may know by now, I’ve been LOVING ripped jeans and it is pretty much all I wear now. They look so carelessly bad ass and make me feel so cool, I love them. I have no words to explain my love. Sorry.

And these are my recent obsessions, I’ll try to do this kind of post once a month to keep you up to date with my favourite things!

What have you been obsessing over lately?

P.S. I uploaded this post from my phone so excuse me if the pictures look weird or too small or whatever. I'll fix it as soon as I get wifi on my laptop
